Reiki and Reiki Attunements
Reiki is an ancient technique of energy healing which is gentle and non-invasive. There has been much written about the history of Reiki, and even books detailing the symbols used and the attunement process. So I am not going into any of that here.
But I will say that Reiki is a simple, natural and safe form of healing, and self-improvement. Reiki emanates from the Higher Dimensions and brings with it the Unconditional Love of the Creator and is always brought forth for the Highest Good of the person.
Reiki can be used for stress-reduction, relieving pain, resolving emotional issues, accelerating healing, cleansing the body of toxins, balancing the chakras, clearing energy blockages, and much more. It can be utilized on its own, or in conjunction with other healing modalities, including traditional medicine and treatments.
As a Reiki Master, I can also pass on Reiki attunements to others so that they may more fully facilitate their own healing as well as helping others. using Reiki on yourself accelerates the process of healing and re-connection of a fully open connection to/with Diving Source.
While Reiki attunements have long been traditionally done in person, they can also be done remotely. There is actually debate on whether or not this is possible. And it does seem a little “odd” at first, but when you consider that all is energy, and Reiki attunements are an alignment of that energy for the specific purpose of opening a conduit or channel for healing energy to flow through, it makes perfect sense to me. Consequently, I am open to it.
Many today have divided and sub-divided the Reiki attunements into many levels. I follow the traditional Usuli approach of 3 Levels of Attunement with Level III including the symbols and information for passing on the attunements to others. I have learned through the years that the traditional 3 Levels of Reiki actually encompass at least 13 levels of power or vibration for the energy to flow at. With each level of Reiki Attunement, the conduits are strengthened and the vibrational frequency is increased or raised. It is each person’s own body and soul-self that influences where you are along the staircase of “13 levels of strength.” And it is different for each person.
I have also learned that the “13 levels of strength” is only the beginning. As other attunements, such as the LaHo-Chi Attunement, are added the person moves upward along a truly infinitely extending and spiraling staircase. Additionally, all Attunements, including all of the Reiki levels and the LaHo-Chi, are only a “beginning place” for the person who chooses them to be. As you work with the energy itself, either for yourself or with others, you strengthen your own conduits, and facilitate the raising of your energy vibrations. Eventually, or perhaps I should say, as soon as you choose to do so, you can open yourself to Spirit and to the Healing Masters, and request that they facilitate your “attunements” to or “alignment” with ever increasing higher vibrations of the Healing Energies of Source.
I can tell you from personal experiences that the levels extend far beyond 35. Truly, the potentials are Limitless!
Even if you have no desire to do healing work for others, or passing on the attunements to others, being attuned to Level I of Reiki can increase your body’s ability to self-heal by immeasurable amounts. It can also open the doors for you to heal emotionally and heal “issues of the past” so that they are neutralized and released. And certainly any parent who gathers a hurting child close, will experience a deeper connection with that child, and a deeper sense of Peace and well-being flowing from them to the child. The same is true for any person who gathers a hurting animal companion close to them.
LaHo-Chi and LaHo-Chi Attunements
LaHo-Chi is yet another of the ancient energies devoted entirely to healing.
It was originally, or at least prior to its disappearance, in the ancient Far Eastern region. The well-known and highly venerated Lao-Tzu was a Master of LaHo-Chi and the primary anchor of this energy at that time. Lao-Tzu is perhaps best noted for the work and teachings he did which have become know as the Tao and the I-Ching. Since those ancient times, Lao-Tzu has ascended to the level of Ascended Master.
In relatively recent years, Lao-Tzu has been facilitating the return of LaHo-Chi energy to the Earth. Apparently the first such anchoring of this energy in modern times was in 1991 to a couple who kept the energy “guarded” in a small group of their awareness. Since then, over about a 5-6 year span in the late 1990s, several of this original group began to gradually expand the scope and influence of this energy. And yet, it remained limited.
The very limited access of the world to the LaHo-Chi energies is something that was of concern to Lao-Tzu and others who work with him in this area. Consequently he again began bringing the awareness of this ancient energy directly to others.
Many years ago, as a natural course in my progression and experiences, I was blessed with receiving an attunement to LaHo-Chi directly from Master Lao-Tzu. I will not go into details here, but am open to exchanging email with anyone interested in this unique and uplifting experience.
Since that time I have come to understand some of the history of LaHo-Chi and Lao-Tzu as the Master of this high vibrational healing energy. To many LaHo-Chi will be viewed as simply “another add-on” to Reiki. And in some ways this is true. And yet it is different and is a “stand alone” energy. You do not need one to have the other. LaHo-Chi, however, does tend to bring in a much higher and more intense energy than is usually experienced with Reiki at it’s “highest” and most dynamically powerful level. So, from my point of view, LaHo-Chi is a “natural progression” beyond Reiki.
As a natural LaHo-Chi Master, I work with Lao-Tzu and other healing angels and guides whenever I do any Energetic Healing sessions. Additionally, I am also able to facilitate an attunement to open someone to receiving and working with the LaHo-Chi energies.
For me and my clients, a “healing session” with LaHo-Chi is actually simply an Energetic Healing session that would quite naturally incorporate Reiki, LaHo-Chi and all such energies as discussed in Intuitive Energy Healing.
There is traditionally a “pure” LaHo-Chi session, which employs specific hand positions and lasts about an hour. Currently, I do not do such sessions. I do, however, include the information regarding hand positions and doing such a “pure session” with any LaHo-Chi Attunements that I give.
There are many different Healing Modalities around today. And new ones surfacing all the time. You need only do some searching to find them. I am not going into any of the others here at this time.
I will say that we are all born with an innate ability to tape into the Universal Energies and the Unconditional Love that is the basis of all Energetic Healing.
Watch or experience a mother holding a child who has skinner their knee, or who has a fever. . . . the natural tendency to touch the forehead and kiss the knee is that intuitive sense that brings forth the healing. I said above, the same can be observed and experienced when you gather your ailing pet into your arms.
And consider this. . . . when you are not feeling well, and your beloved animal companion snuggles close to you, what you do you feel and experience? Soothing comfort? Healing? Yes!
Those are all instances of the Healing Energies flowing through a person or animal to help and comfort a being in need. And that is what it’s all about!
Attunements, such as Reiki and LaHo-Chi or any number of others, are simply tools to assist a person in “waking up” and “opening up” to that Energy of Spirit. And to assist the person in more easily allowing that energy to flow through them.
